Spring is here and in full effect. I snapped a few pictures outside today. The new “view” picture is quite a bit better from the winter one I had up. The deck has since been stained and the greenery of the mountain side is spectacular.

Spring is slowly arriving here in the Ozarks. Bright pinks and yellows are already showing up and of course the very welcomed warmer and milder weather. What a beautiful time for relaxing and taking in the views of the mountain side. I will be sharing some pictures as more things began to bloom.

So Ponksatony Phil didn’t see his shadow on Groundhog day which means we are supposed to have an early Spring. We have barely had a winter! Does this mean the Ozarks will be getting green and blooming earlier than usual? Doesn’t really matter as it’s always beautiful here. Don’t hesitate to visit on the off season, every season has it’s own beauty and charm. Winter provides more time to build warm fires outside on the open fire pit with the mountain views while drinking hot cocoa with marshmallows.
